The Correntoso River rises from the Correntoso Lake and flows into Nahuel Huapi Lake. It is said to be one of the shortest rivers in the world, since it has a total length of about 200mts, depending on the annual rainfall.

The Correntoso River is an internationally famous spot  for fly fishing. At the beginning of each season fishermen are gathered from dawn trying their luck with the first trouts.

The Bridge is frequented by many tourists to see the wonderful views of both lakes, with its  unique water transparency and  large stones  bottom.

Correntoso Beach

The Correntoso Lake beach has a colorful under water coast framed by the “ False Belbedere” with its forests. As a result of this combination and the sun´s position the coasts change their color, becoming the water more or less crystalline and reflecting  almost perfectly the colors of the sky.
